Riverstone Road, Riverstone – Tight time constraints and historic buildings provide extra challenges…

This subdivision created 46 lots over two stages and was one of the first developments to be completed on Riverstone Road.

The site includes a heritage dwelling as well as Council drainage land at the rear which created extra challenges.  It was necessary to construct lead in sewer under Sydney Water’s procurement process in order to service the subdivision.

Mepstead & Associates completed the subdivision successfully within the tight time constraints.
