Hoxton Park Road, Hoxton Park-Planning for the future…

This 29 lot subdivision completes the missing link for the surrounding developed land, providing the connection between both ends of Mullumbimby Avenue and Pacific Palms Circuit.

Being adjacent to Hoxton Park Road, the design included acoustic fencing to minimize the noise impact for future dwellings.  Traffic calming paving was incorporated into the road design to comply with Liverpool Council’s guidelines for the area.
