Mepstead & Associates completed and managed all facets of the infrastructure design and surveying for this retirement village, with construction for stage 1 now completed. Both threatened species and aboriginal sites were discovered which needed to be integrated in to the design. The road design was also constrained by the need to enable drainage to the neighbouring Sydney Water drainage reserve. The site fronts a RMS road for which we negotiated road widening, slip lanes and traffic lights.
