This project has evolved from a leased accommodation development to a Community Title subdivision of 226 homes in 10 stages. Stage 1 is now completed creating 39 residential lots, 1 residue and community property including pool and a bowling green. Mepstead & Associates have undertaken the legal plan creating all the easements required along with the Community Management Statement, the work as constructed survey of Stage 1 road and drainage and services.
