The engineering design for subdivisions is a vital element of the project and can have a significant impact on the overall cost of a development

At Mepstead & Associates we are not simply designing the engineering works to achieve Council approval but also considering the factors which lead to a cost-effective result for our clients as well as one that is practical to construct. This can mean altering a bulk earthworks design to reduce the quantity of material that may have to be removed from site, adjusting levels to limit or avoid works being required on adjoining properties, creating building pads to reduce earthworks required during dwelling construction and many other site specific solutions.

Once the design is complete our engineers can prepare a Bill of Quantities suitable for tendering the construction works.
